Thank you for shopping with True Form Apparel. Each order is made with care and purpose, reflecting our commitment to quality, faith, and excellence. Because every product is printed and fulfilled on demand, shipping times and processes may vary slight
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During high-demand seasons or promotions, production times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Timeframes
After processing, estimated delivery times are as follows:
U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and location)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or global events.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, product type, and quantity.
True Form Apparel does not offer free shipping unless clearly stated in a specific promotion.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If the carrier marks your order as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
True Form Apparel is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
6. Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, some orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
7. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
