True Form Apparel Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting True Form Apparel. Every order is made with care and purpose to reflect your faith and confidence. Because each item is created on demand, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. All Sales Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Wrong size or color selection

Delays caused by the carrier

Each piece is printed and fulfilled specifically for your order, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After review, we will issue a replacement or refund only if the issue qualifies under Printful’s quality standards.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted, as production begins immediately. Please double-check sizes, colors, and shipping details before confirming checkout.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please reach out to the carrier first. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items once they have been marked as delivered.

5. Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier issues or seasonal demand. Delays outside of our control do not qualify for refunds.

6. Our Commitment

True Form Apparel stands behind the quality of every product we offer. We will always make things right in the rare case of a fulfillment error or manufacturing defect, but we do not process refunds or returns beyond those circumstances.
